Help identify quality issue with this image

It's a nice house picture, but the framing is odd. More of the sky in the image would be great.
In addition, you probably need to correct the geometry:

Now for other quality issues:
The whole image is not really sharp. Your lens may be producing a soft look or that your focussing was not very accurate.
Different other problems:

This plate has to go away, and the plate behind also:

The name sign of P. Gupta should also get edited out, and Dr MRay also.
The Panasonic nameplate on the cooler can't stay neither:

All in all, because of the technical issues, you can't save this picture. IMHO, phones are no good cameras for stock. They can produce acceptable images, but mostly, their small sensor introduces artefacts and noise, that gets compensated for by the in-camera processing. This processing is often very aggressive and is targeted at producing nice pictures for the astonishing phone screens. If you want to get serious into photography, you should consider acquiring a new or used camera with interchangeable lenses and a sensor size of at least Four-Thirds. I would even say that an older full frame (35mm) camera is better than a newer Four-Thirds camera.
