Help Needed: Payment Withdrawn to a Blocked Payoneer Account

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue and could use some advice. This morning at 11 AM, I withdrew $30 from my Adobe Stock account to my Payoneer account. However, later in the evening, around 10 PM, I received an email from Payoneer notifying me that my account has been blocked.

I’m now concerned about what will happen to my payment. Will it be returned to my Adobe Stock balance, or is there another process I need to follow to recover it?

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows how to handle this, I’d really appreciate your guidance.

It is my understanding that if the payment service rejects a payment it will go back automatically to Adobe. Don't know how long that will take though...

Contact Payoneer and contact Adobe.

It would, or certainly should, be returned to Adobe. But I would certainly follow up with Payoneer to determine what happened. Did they block your account itself? Or did they block the payment?

They blocked the AC itself. I can't access the account
