Hired images and model contract

Question

I have someone taking an image form me.in model comes the person in the picturein artist comes the photographer - or me as the owner? Do i have to show somehow that i have the rights to the images?should i write in the model agreement - rights given to my name? please help, I am totally lost thank you!

With your contributor agreement, you agreed to submit only your own work. So if you are the photographer, you can submit. If you are the model, you can't. If you take a picture of a recognizable property, you need to add a property release signed by the owner as the property owner. If you are the owner and the photographer, you sign twice, once as the owner and once as the creator. Don't forget the witness, however. That one needs to be a third person, so neither the model nor the photographer can sign as the witness. If the releases are signed electronically, you do not need a witness.

You cannot submit other people's work to Adobe Stock. The photographer will need to submit it to Adobe Stock along with signed release(s).

Content Ownership:

You must own or control all the rights to the files you submit to Adobe Stock. Don’t submit files that don’t belong to you, such as photos taken by your spouse. Don’t incorporate anything into your content that was created by someone else — not even images you got from a website that allows free downloads — unless you have a complete property release from the owner of the other content.
