How do you feel about AI?

Вас не раздражает тот факт, что с развитием ИИ нужно больше времени для проверки работ реальных авторов? 2 месяца - это как-то слишком... Было бы не плохо, если бы сгенерированный контент проверяла отдельная группа людей, как мне кажется.

Whatever. Please keep in mind, you are a supplier, not a customer. Adobe fixes the rules and if 2 months is too long for you, you need to leave contributing. Adobe introduced generative AI and, since then, expanded the scope of generative AI submissions allowed. If generative AI would not be a success, they would not continue with it, or they would slow down the possibilities to submit. They don't do, so I suppose we all have to live with that.

As a side note: generative AI creators are also creators and real authors.

as said days ago ... my latest files were reviewd after 1 day ... the other files 3 weeks old have been reviewed yesterday ...

after these files i uploaded other 3 files (HUDs - Heads up Displays- or FUI - Fictional User Interfaces)  category "Graphic Elements"  ..

also these files have been reviewed in 1 day, so actually posting in the category "Graphic Elements" for me it takes 1-2 days for the review ... it's 8 years i upload to adobe stock with a portfolio of 3000+ video assets ...

"also these files have been reviewed in 1 day, so actually posting in the category "Graphic Elements" for me it takes 1-2 days for the review"

Purely coincidental. It's said that the categories are hold-overs from the Fotolia days and are probably completely unnecessary at this point. I suppose if buyers were aware of the categories, they could do searches for same that might yield the results they are looking for. However, to the best of my knowledge, buyers are unaware of the categories. Yes, I suppose someone could enter "Graphic Resource" as a search term, but most buyers are looking for something more specific even within a given category.

sorry but it's not the future .. it's the present ... and It could also be a bubble that will burst and many will get hurt ... in my 20 years as a graphic designer I've seen all sorts of things... trust me... so if you can predict the future you are very lucky ... but i doubt that  you can predict the future .. sorry 🙂

Dear @DaveFX ,

Actually, AI / Machine Learning is indeed the future. The present development of AI will continue to develop - hence the future. It won't be a bubble that will burst.

(Unless, of course, AI leads to 'Skynet,' in which case AI almost destroys humanity, which leads to a hero who gets transported back in time to stop the development of AI!)

...so if you can predict the future you are very lucky ... but i doubt that  you can predict the future .. sorry

"2 months is somehow too much."  Then submit your work to other Stock services.

On Shutterstock, for example, no code verification took more than a week. Usually 2-3 days.

Yes, it's annoying that traditional stock Contributors are waiting in a very long line to get their assets reviewed while many AI Contributors are getting theirs reviewed right away. It's definitely a strategic decision by Adobe, but I'm hoping that when they get enough AI assets in the database (it's 30% of the database now), they'll go back to a more equitable reviewing policy. Obviously, they wouldn't be doing this if they weren't earning significant revenues from AI assets.

"It would be nice if the generated content was checked by a separate group of people, I think."

It most likely is.
