How does this photo have "artifacts problem"

Hi!

I just had a whole whack of photos declined for Artifacts ... I don't see any issues with the files but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Here's an example. I'd like to make sure I don't keep making the same mistake. Thanks!

Hi,

The only thing I can really see is some noise in the shadow areas. For example, in the reflection of the boat at the top:

Even though you took this at ISO 100, you can still get some noise showing. ( 100% or more.) Have a look carefully in the shadow areas, and you just may then see why the Adobe moderators didn't accept it.
