How many days does it take to review submitted designs? I submitted many design 2 days ago but These are still in review.

Be patient. Work on other projects.
On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5 - 10 business days.
Generative AI could take 1-2 months due to the backlog, or perhaps longer if you didn't follow AI submission guidelines to the letter.

For faster turn arounds, submit more real assets and fewer Generative AI Illustrations. 😉
