How many messages are considered spam?

Hello friends, I replied to the email regarding my account being blocked without any explanation. My question is, should I send my message through the "Contact Us" section to get a response? Also, how many messages are considered spam in a row? It’s strange that they haven't even given me a reason yet.

The email was probably sufficient. I think it's generally recommended that one wait at least a month before asking for a follow-up.
