Hi, Can you please help me to cancel my adobe stock account?

Thanks.

I contacted adobe via the chat box yesterday to do so. I was given the "Sorry, this is taking longer than expected. Thanks for your patience" message.

Eventually the chat closed before the specialist arrived, I'll have to try again today.

I checked our system and do not see any record of a request from you coming in yesterday, or any other time. The Adobe Stock contributor support system does not have the automated, "sorry this is taking longer..." message either so that leads me to believe that you contacted the wrong department. 

 

Please visit the Adobe Stock contributor portal (be sure you are signed in) and click the "Contact Us" link found at the bottom of the page. Submit your request and someone should get back to you within a couple of business hours.
