Keep in mind, what works for me might not work for you and what works for you might not work for me. You need to find your own visual voice and create relevant content that appeals to a broad audience.

Make great photos to the highest professional standards, using good quality cameras. Examine closely for defects. Understand release requirements and avoid subject areas for which no release will be available. Expect a certain number of rejections and be prepared to learn from each one.
