I can't get into my contributor account via my email. He writes that the account has not been found. When I enter my phone number, I receive an email with my own account, which I cannot log in to. It's a vicious circle. The photos are being sold, and messages are being sent to my email account, but I can't take the money or delete my portfolio.

It may well be that you are a Fotolia contributor and never syncronized your account with Adobe stock. If that Adobe ID is not existing it has either never been created, or it has been deleted independently from your stock account.

I registered in 2020 not at Fotolia, but at Adobe. I was told that my account was blocked, but my photos continue to be sold
