Adobe stock made a payment of to my payoneer account on May 27, 2023. However, this amount was returned to Adobe because my bank account in my payoneer account is old and invalid.
I have updated my Payoneer bank account. I have reported this to Adobe Stock 3 times (I filled out a form and explained the situation.) But I have not received any feedback.
Will I get the dollars I earned?

i've tried the "contact us" form because the website has offered that to me. I didn't see the mail adress that you mention.

The mail address is semi-official. The contact-us-form is the preferred method to contact contributor support because all the correct contact information is embedded with your message. However, currently, the contributor support is slow to respond, because of the many requests (and spam requests) they get because of the slow moderation. The e-mail address will arrive at the same bottleneck, so I'm not optimistic that an answer is coming faster.
You will get your money, if it is due, but you will need to be very patient.
Check your spam, Adobe answers your request via e-mail.
