I can't log in on my Contributor page

Hi, there,

I can't log in on my contributor page and I couldn't connect with Support. I tried to change password and other actions to remind a password, but I always see the same image as below (I couldn't change the language too..) This problem I see the first time. Please help me anybody how to log in to my contributor page?
