I cannot connect to my Adobe account in Microstockr

Question

I have been subscribed to microstockr yearly plan but cannot login into my Adobe Stock account. Then I sent my email to the microstockr develop team and they said it's the problem from Adobe.

I have tried to contact Adobe support in chat for many times but they cannot find the professional one for me to solve my problem.

Anyone here with the same problem?

My friends have been using Microstockr and can connect to Adobe stock. I can connect to other websites to view my sales

I do not have more guidance to offer. I fear, however, that you are between hammer and amboss. And as the stock site is working as intended for you, there is not much help to be expected from Adobe.

Connect manually to your Adobe account. If you can, then it is a microstockr problem. If not, you may contact contributor support. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

Please note that third party access methods are not supported by Adobe. Adobe may have detected an excessive activity by microstockr and locked your account. The message says for security reasons, so there are some trouble with that: wrong password, wrong return by the 2 factor authorization, whatever other problem.
