It doesn't let me take a picture it says I don't have access but I do to take pictures. It also says I need to talk to my teacher to have more details to know what's happening but I don't even have a teacher!!

Where don't you have access? Your message is not to understand. I would propose, you write in your language here. We will use the mechanical translators to understand. That will be easier for you.
