Read Adobe Stock's DO's & DON'Ts:

Hi @creative.shukla ,

It's your design so you complete a property release signing as the owner and artist of the art work and resubmit.

Submit release form for any ... recognizable people or property, even if the recognizable person is you or the property is yours.

You can just use the electronic form.

Best wishes

Anything that is designed by someone else, or trademarked/copyrighted by someone else needs written permission from them for you to use it commercially.

I suspect there are several IP instances happening in this graphic.  The font is most likely someone else's design and you'd need a license from it's creator for commercial use.  It's my understanding that fonts created by Adobe don't require any additional licensing.  Read more about that here: https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/using/font-licensing.html#act-copyright

If you are the creator of the graphic and it appears unique and identifiable, Adobe will ask that you fill out a property release with yourself as the creator.

Won Day and Day Won appear to be used in several brands and by musicians, this could also be the reason for the refusal, it's usually recommended to have generic text in a place where text may be added in.  Ipsum Lorem is the generic text I see used often.

The smiley face could possibly be close to someone else's design as well, although I don't believe that's the reason for the refusal.

Here is some further reading about rejections:  https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/reasons-for-content-rejection.html#:~:text=Files%20may%20be%20considered%20noncompliant,ll%20reject%20it%20as%20noncompliant.

Cheers!
