I got 11 images rejected for the reason " not marked as AI generated". Well, they are real images/photos and I have the raw files. But hov can I contact Adobe examiners and explain and get a second opinion?
I guess I should be proud that thy think my images are generated by AI, but in this case it don't help me much.
OK,
1) fix the quality issues as mentioned by other respondents.
2) resubmit with a signed Property Release by YOU as the artist.
Property Releases:

That should take care of any misunderstandings the Reviewer has about this being AI generated.
Good luck.

The rejection letter you received contains a list of possible reasons. "Not marked as AI" is just the first of many.
What Title & Keywords did you use?

Here is the quoted reason from the moderator:
"During our review, we found that your image was likely generated using artificial intelligence, without this being
marked. We cannot include your image in our collection without clearly stating on the label that it is an image
created using generative artificial intelligence."
Title: Blue water drop splashing into yellow water with white background.
I can't see the keywords now. I added keywords on site and did not save them on my PC. ( yes, I know I should do this).
What's missing on the contributor/upload site is something that I can prove this is not an AI image.

As @Jill_C suggested, trying contacting Adobe. I believe this has worked for one or two contributors who have posted here in the past. Another option is to simply try submitting them again. With luck, you might get a more astute moderator. Maybe not all 11 at once, but a few, along with newer assets mixed in.

I'm not sure how the Moderators decide that an image is AI or not, but their tools seem to be flawed as this misclassification does happen from time to time. You can send a requested to the Contact Us link to have these images reviewed again. Perhaps provide the metadata on a couple of them as proof.

After contacting Contributor-Support and politely explaing that it was an irrtum, my image was reevaluated and then refused for quality reasons. Rightfuly so! After correcting the quality problems the image was accepted.
We must not forget, every now and then the moderators check the wrong reason for the refusal.
Reviewing your photo's histogram you can see that it is overexposed and has clipping in the highlights.
My expierience is when clipping occurs, the photo will almost alway be refused.
The exposure can be corrected in Lightroom however you will need to do a Gaussian Blur over the background.
Notice the Histogram now?

Thanks for your coment.
Yes I see the cliping, but that was not the reason for the rejection. I have now adjusted and uploaded that image again.
I accept that my images might not are good enough, but I need to learn from my mistakes and correct.

Sure.
As there are several issues with this picture on the quality side, I would, in this case, assume two possibilities:
My guess is the first one.

Hi @tobben1963 ,
I'd just change the caption to read "Photo of Blue water drop splashing into yellow water with white background" and make sure "Photo" is selected as file type.
Best wishes

But you did not include the EXIF data.

By @tobben1963
That's not possible. This is by design. Refusals, even if wrong, are refusals. You can submit a second time, however (best after correcting the pictures, if you determine that the cause is quality as an example).

I don't think so. To generate something like this is very little work. Doing your droplet pictures with a camera needs a bigger effort to be put into this.
