I got banned because other authors uploaded my own works to Adobe Stock

Hello!

I work as a graphic designer for about 8 years. Recently I decided to upload all of my works to Adobe Stock, and shortly after I got banned...

I discovered several other authors (at least) pirated and uploaded my works to Adobe Stock, and when I started doing the same I got a notification that my account was blocked because of copyright issues.

And I can't connect to the contributor support, I've tried doing it a few times and got no response.

Please help.

Thanks for the link! I'm so mad at these pirates, it's always easier to copy something and sell it as your own. They caused so many problems in other markets, and apparently on Adobe Stock...

Each Contributor on Adobe Stock has to sign the Contributor Agreement certifying that they are the lawful owner of all works they submit; but that doesn't mean that some don't cheat and grab images from wherever they can to populate their own portfolios. As @RALPH_L said, we're not Adobe employees and can't help you.

Just curious, is there any question of ownership? In other words, did you create the assets solo or were you working with partners or agency at the time?

If goes without saying, whatever you upload to Stock must be 100% your own work. If there's any question of legal ownership, you must be able to prove you own the original files with supporting date and time stamps.

I'm the owner of all of the materials because I was always a self-employed graphic designer working on stocks and digital markets. I've only used CC0 public domain materials in my works sometimes, but only as a part of design not publishing as it is.
