Who reviews adobe stock images is it a Human or an AI? I have had content rejected for the wrong reasons, the photos comply with the rules.
In some cases it says intellectual property and there is no such infringement.
I would like someone to tell me on this photo what is the intellectual property infringement to understand.
In other cases supposedly that the image is AI generated when they are totally legitimate photographs.
Someone explain to me what makes me think that this PHOTO was generated with IA????
I'm trying to understand the criteria so I don't waste my time uploading and tagging photos only to have them rejected.
There is at least one sign on a building in the first image; also, images that have one building as the focal point can result in an IP claim.

They are not recognizable brands, they are the names of buildings. They do not represent a registered trademark, nor any intellectual property.

Sorry, but I sawon this small part of your asset 3 IP violations. That were easy findings.

There is no need for a registred trademark to get a refusal for IP violations. Indeed, it is enough that there is a doubt on the IP status.

Regarding the second image, I think the Moderator chose the wrong reason code. It should have been rejected for quality issues, as the focus is rather soft and there is visible noise in the sky.

I wouldn't mind if it was due to quality issues, so I understand that the photo doesn't have the expected quality. But marking it for other reasons increases my confusion.

In addition, I see at least one IP violations.

Circled in red are the IP violations.
Also , the photo has noise, the highlights are overexposed, the horizon is not level, and there is motion blur on the motorcycles.

the name of a shopping mall, the name of a building is a violation of intellectual property?

Yes, it would be, as the name of the shopping mall is owned by someone!

Ok, I understand. I didn't think that could be a problem.

Stock receives thousands of weekly submissions. Humans rush to process as many assets as possible. In their haste to review images quickly, they sometimes check the wrong rejection box on their form.
The most common reasons for rejection are Technical & Quality Issues. But there may be additional problems that are not detected on first review. Due to time constraints, Reviewers can choose only one response per submission.
Your Contributor User Guide contains more details about what's required.
Your job as a Contributor is to closely examine work BEFORE you submit. Correct errors, and then compare your best work with current inventory. It should be as good or better than what Stock has. If it's not, it probably won't be accepted.
Hope that helps.

Buildings often come under IP - especially if it is the main focus, as in here!

This is not the case with this building, which is a theatre that is over 100 years old and is used by the public.

This is irrelevant.
And even if the building has some age, something may be protected. IP is complex.

Radio City Music Hall in New York City is a theater that is over 100 years old. Its Trademarks and Property are protected. Not acceptable for commercial licensing.
The same is true for many public buildings that we take for granted. Contributors must do their homework BEFORE submitting to Stock.

Humans. And in most cases, the refusal is correct, sometimes, the refusal is warrented, but the reason given is incorrect, an only in a very small number of cases, we can't see the refusal reason.

Thanks everyone for your comments and observations. I've realized things I didn't know before. Now I'm going to be more careful with the content I upload, since the idea isn't to make the people reviewing the material overly busy.

You're welcome. That is a good plan. Especially since, if you disregard the rules, then you get rejections.
