I m tottaly disappointed

i was working on contributor and i upload almost 2000 images when images start making payment they blocked my acccount without any reason message display account validation issue when i contact with support they said "Since your account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice." 

and now they are not replying of my email can any one tell me what should i do now ?

If you have replied to the contact us link on your page, you must wait for Adobe's reply. It could take days for them to complete their investigation, or it could take weeks. Meanwhile, do not spam them with repeated emails, which just further clogs their already stressed contributor support system.

The reason is highly irregular sales activities. That is a valid reason.

 

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Sorry, but there's unlikely to have your account back, investigation could take forever.

If you look through the forum, only few cases Adobe can track those sales and restore the account, but mostly not.

And if your account blocked for other reasons you may have a chance to prove yourself but not for highly irregular sales activities.

I want to agree with you but here is someone reporting having account blocked for 9 months as he reported unusual sale in his account Account validation issue since 9 months.

who knows how long will the investigation take.

My account was unblocked a few weeks after I received notification of investigation. Just be patient. Mr. Hayward and his staff are extremely busy!

No one except Adobe knows how many temporarily blocked accounts are eventually restored. I have seen numerous reports both here and the Discord channel about account problems being resolved.
