I would like to understand why the images were rejected

I would like to understand why my images were rejected, they were all rendered in Blender with excellent quality, they informed me that "Common problems that can affect the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. Learn more about our technical requirements" it seems that they do not have a standard, the same image with another print they accept

thanks

Hello,

I think 'exposure issues' will qualify here!

You need to adjust the histogram. The pictures have an "exposure" issue. After having rendered them, you need to treat them like photographs, adjusting the exposure and contrasts etc.

(the histogram of 30)

Thanks for the reply, you mean by Photoshop? But what exactly do I have to do?

By using Photoshop or any other tool that works for you. If you want my advice for the best tool to adjust the "exposure" on these assets, I would use Adobe Camera Raw (add on to Photoshop/Bridge) or Lightroom. But you are free to chose your tool.

So the refusal reason is "quality issues"?
