and what is the conditions for that

No. I'm afraid not. Adobe sources their design templates from agencies and select artists only.

You may submit JPG.

- Image format: JPEG
- Color space: sRGB
- Minimum image resolution: 4MP (megapixels)
- Maximum image resolution: 100MP (megapixels)
- Maximum file size: 45MB (megabytes)
Or Vector Graphics, Adobe Illustrator AI, EPS or SVG files.

Adobe Stock also accepts video.
