It's not a bad AI image overall, but for comecial use, it won't work.

The butterflies look like they've been stepped on, the flowers are deformed, the top of the main egg is just a messy mass, the insides of the main egg has wrong depth details, some is floating.

The smaller egg is deformed.

In any illustration, AI generated or not, if it has details, they can't have visible defects

I see poor composition. I'd include the entire main subject in the frame. At the base of the subject is too dark and the edge is a bit soft.

In addition to the comments from @Fabiobtex @the edgesof all of the objects have been cut off and there is a thin white border around the edge of the frame.

If you want to get assets accepted, you will need to get rid of errors like this:

White//black line (arrow) at the image border, artefacts (cloud).

Border (any colour ) around an object:

Unexplained blurry surfaces (cloud), aliasing at sharp borders (arrow):
