Hello! And I made these arts through mobile app, tabet, freehand illustration and pc in corel draw, I would like to know how to put photos that will be approved. If you have any definition, size or etc. If you can help me, please. I appreciate if you can help me.

Hi, sorry, it is not an answer.

I am trying to find the answer to this question myself - is AS right place for the handmade illustrations or not. And what is a problem - technical issues of digital brush (pixelation, blur, etc.) or something else (like commertial value). V.

You need to clearly understand that if you use signatures you WILL be rejected, and the rejection reason WILL be "technical issues".  We do not need to look at the picture at all to explain your rejection.
