Illustrations marked as AI-generated but they are not

Community Beginner ,

My recent submissions were rejected with a reason stating "missing AI flag", but they were manually created using licensed clipart and backgrounds from a graphic design platform that allows commercial use. No AI tools were involved. Could anyone please clarify if such works fall under your AI policy, or if there's a better way to categorize them?
Thank you!

Hm. The AI issue aside, you can not use free or public domain clip art with your submissions.

Read your Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement which clearly states that you can't use assets that you've licensed elsewhere.
