Image got rejected because Intellectual Property Refusal

Hello,
I submitted 9 images for 3 days. 3 of them are rejected now because of intellectual property refusal.
I read all the points you gave me what a intellectual property refusal could be. But there is no point which
matchs to my picture.

The pictures are these 3 following:
