Hi, File ID link on my contributor page are not working. I end up with the 'Page Not Found' error. Why is this happening? Any ideas?
Turkey is a restricted country. You won't see most of your assets from the user perspective. However, when you look at your profile, and exchange in the URL the country code to “ca”, like Canada, you will see, what “the rest of the world” sees.

It would be helpful if you showed a screen shot showing which link you mean.
Try a different browser, delete temporary data and the cookie.

What is your country of residence? Some countries are showing only a restricted number of assets. If you reside in such a country, you see your assets in your contributor account, but not (all of them) on the stock website.

Wow, i didn't know that. I am from Turkey. So does that mean, if someone from Turkey makes a search for cloud computing, my image won't show up? But for a different country it will. Did i get it right?

Well thank you, good to know. Lastly do you know how and why is a country restricted? When i look at my portfolio i can only see 8 illustrations and none of my other work? What is this restriction based on? I am wondeeing if i can make something different for my future submissions to make them reachable. Thank you again so much.

Local laws I suppose. Restricted countries are (non exhaustive list): Turkey, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Quatar, ...
All assets are first restricted and they get vetted again after some downloads. The number of downloads is unknown to me.
Your assets are open for sales in major regions of the world, so having many sales on an asset will help. It is very little penalizing, except if you produce images for a local population.

Ok thank you again. But my most downloaded images are not on my portfolio. Still confused about how it works.

I think i found the answer but it's still a mystery to me why the 8 illustrations are reachable.

I found that image by searching in the file number, and clicked through to view your portfolio with 18 pages of images.

It's interesting, maybe it's really a location issue.
