Image rejection

Hi all! Can somebody explain to me what is wrong with this image? I don't understand why is it rejected. Thank's for all answers

The image is too small to be properly evaluated; however it appears to be blurry and has artifacts.

What war the reason given to you? If it was technical issues, post it in full resolution, and we may probably be able to explain the refusal. I could, however also imagine "commercial appeal" for this.
