Images rejected for the following reasons

- Misuse of another artist's name.

- Undeclared generative AI content.

- Content that does not comply with the general guidelines

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reflection: The rejected photos have the Model release signed by the person who appears in the photo is a real person and is not generated by AI. I have only removed some logos that appear in the original photos.

I don't understand the "misuse of another artist's name" What other artist?

What do they mean when they say "Undeclared generative AI content." Nothing has been generated with AI.

What content do they mean when they say "Content that does not comply with the general guidelines"?

Finally I would like to comment that one of the photos of the same session, if I have been accepted, I do not understand why the rest not.

Thank you.

Correct answer Nancy OShea

It's a Generic Rejection letter.

See below for details on what a Non-Compliant image means.

PS.  You misspelled 'Whiskey.'

It's obviously a J&B bottle.

You're right! Just the shape and color of the bottle and label are probably reason for an IP rejection...

This particular rejection code does not mean that you have violated all 3 issues. In this case, the violation seems to be the misuse of text. You should have just rotated the bottle so that no labels show, and omit any branding or text altogether. The mispelled "Wisky" would eliminate any Buyer anyway...

Misspelling words and probably also the keywords could be a source for the non-compliant rejection.
