Images still awaiting review after 2 months

Review times vary depending on how many other assets were ahead of yours in the wait queue. 

It's like rush-hour traffic on the road.  Sometimes traffic is heavy, sometimes not.  In Los Angeles, traffic is always heavy.  😞

On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5  - 15 business days.
Illustrations & Generative AI could take 1 -3 months due to the immense backlog of AI submissions.

Meanwhile, work on other projects.

Read some of the other recent posts here in the Community Forum and you'll see that review time is a frequent topic of discussion. The queue of Generative AI assets has grown dramatically due to Contributors uploading hundreds at a time, and it is now estimated at 1-2 months, perhaps even a bit longer. As @Abambo  indicated, there's nothing you can do to hasten the process. Be patient.

No! There is nothing you can do to expedite the review process.

As a general rule, assets get moderated on a first in-first out basis. I don't know where you have your information on 10–29 days of review time, but if you submit AI, the review time is around 3 moths, even that I have the impression that it starts to slowly come down. This is because from the beginning of this year, generative AI submitters submitted thousands of assets in a row, and limited moderation resources slowed down the review process, not for the single asset, but overall for all submitters.
