Images under review for several months

Hello,

I upload AI generated images and most of my images get accepted, however, I have several images that have been under review for about 2 months and a half now (They follow all the AI generative guidelines, like all my other images).
I still upload images to this day and they get accepted but some of them stay in review for a long time.

I have over 400 images in review but now I upload about 50 images a week and they get accepted the following week.
Should I delete the pictures that have been in review for 2+ months, is there an issue with them?

Thanks a lot for your answers,

Luc

Things are taking 2-3 months. Sometimes things are faster.Adobe have not looked at them yet, so you would never know if there was an issue.

But check the status - make sure they are not in "reminder" status.

I think this process will now take about 100 to 120 days.

Its my prediction not from any adobe stocks persons.

I am waiting for 4 months now. I had images that were pending in review section for 5-6 months.

That's quite a lot. We have now reports that (some) assets get moderated in hours. It may help to delete and resubmit. (BTW: Adobe claims that the maximum waiting time after submission is around two months (that may show as three months, however). Do not confound the upload time and submission time. Adobe shows the upload time, not the submission time!

Maybe your 50 assets were submitted in the wrong category. It may also be that a moderator got assigned your newer submissions. For me, this is a glitch in the moderation process.

If you want to test: submit the first asset in your waiting queue again. See what asset get moderated and delete the other one. I would not do that on a massive scale, but as a test, with one image, that should not do harm to your account (spamming gets your account banned!).

Thank you for your answer, is there a way I can contact adobe or not?

Adobe contributor support can be contacted here: Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

They will answer by e-mail, so be sure to watch your spam folder and be prepared to have a rather long waiting time, as they are also probably overwhelmed by people asking for advice on their stuck assets.

Review times vary based on type of asset and how many other assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue.

On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5 -15 business days.
Illustrations & Generative AI could take 1 -3 months due to an immense backlog of AI submissions.

Some of my generative AI gets accepted in 7 days even though I have 400+ generative AI in review for about 2 months, that's what I find wierd.

There's no way to know when Adobe Moderators will get around to reviewing those older images, and there are sporadic reports here in the Forum that not all moderation is done on a "first in / first out" basis, which you've discovered. You didn't mention how many of the 2.5 month old images remain to be reviewed, but if I were you, I would try deleting just a handful, maybe 4 or 5, and reupload them to see if those catch the attention of the Moderators.

Thanks for your answer, I have about 400 images in review that have been there for about 2 months..
That's why I am not sure what to do, and I am trying not to get more then 500+ in review..
