Do you have more than one account? That is no longer allowed, so Adobe is probably disabling one or the other automatically.

Perhaps you used a different email address to create another account?

It may be that an earlier stock account has been created by you. Only contributor support can help you here as they have access to the backend and seem to have identified you having more than one contributor account.

Use the "contact us " link to contact contributor support.

Hello! Did you manage your problem? Because I have the same issue! I wrote several times to "contact us" form - but didn't get any answer from Adobe Team.

I am experiencing this problem now. I have never made an Adobe Stock account, so I don't understand this error?

This can really only be solved by contributor support. There is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Same problem for me, I have one more behance account with different account. I didn't use adobe stock before for contribution. Even after I changed my behance account to this adobe stock account and deleted that adobe account, still its showing as "Inactive account". There is no proper reply to contact us query.

Can anyone help us please

As far as I can tell, Behance accounts are one per customer. Not one per email account. You need to contact the Behance Service team and ask them about merging the two accounts.

Hi @RafaahaYousuf ,

From what I gather, you are allowed one Behence account per Adobe ID. Therefore, if you have multiple Behence accounts, you would have multiple Adobe IDs. As a contributor you are allowed one Adobe ID. Hence, Adobe will disable the excess IDs (Accounts).

Best wishes

Jacqulein
