It's underexposed and has a white balance problem. In addition it's not really well framed. Your point of view is not well chosen.

P.S. Photo was taken on ISO 200. Noise has become so visible due to post-processing?

Some postprocessing enhances noise, like uplifting the exposure or sharpening. Also increasing the texture or clarity (local contrast enhancement) will also lift the noise level.
