Intellectual Property Concerns for Photos

Hi everyone,
I had a few images rejected on Adobe Stock, and I was informed the reason was related to intellectual property rights for the following files: DSC00980.jpg, DSC01366.jpg, and DSC01757_PM.jpg. Could someone explain what specific issues might cause a photo to be flagged for intellectual property concerns? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for your help!

Thanks a lot for all the feedback. I’ll work on fixing it. Didn’t expect there to be so many issues. I’ve already cleaned up a lot of those elements in the files, but looks like it wasn’t enough. 🙂

Sure, street pictures are often full with IP related issues, even if the "streets" are water streets...

But I think that all of the pictures have equally important, quality issues. The moderator will only refuse with one reason. For them, there is no need to cheack all of the asset.

Regarding IP, it is probably because of these issues. Adobe is very careful when it comes to the names of buildings, boats, and so on.

1st photo. Name on houseboat right corner. But, the photo is under exposed.

2nd photo. Shop name on lower left side.

3rd photo. I would remove "hotel" on the canopy. Remove the writing on the red banner and remove the "P" on the boat. Also, lighten up the shadows.

Good heavens, they were everywhere! (Note to self: don't critique images 5 minutes after waking up in the morning.)

Unless someone can spot IP violations that I'm overlooking, I think the moderator pushed the wrong buttons. I believe exposure is the main issue.
