Hello,

I have two vector works that have been refused for IP. Please help me to understand what problem with? Lettering in first image? It is my own design, not a commercial font. Banjo? It is just music instrument! There are a lot of banjo and guitars images here. Also note that all figures except banjo man were included in other my sets. They were accepted without problem.

Correct answer Nancy OShea

1. Gibson & Fender and are firecely protective of their "flying V" guitar designs.

2. Allow your images to speak for themselves.  No text is required.

Yes, I suspected that problem in this guitar

I wonder if you can share the title and keywords for each of these? Sometimes there are surprising (and unrelated) trade names there.

In the first image it's probably the lettering. Since many fonts are protected by IP, they prefer that you not add text to images. Not sure about the guitar image. Perhaps the shape of one or more of the guitars is protected by IP?

Thanks for the responce. Maybe I made for this lettering very specific design ) Other my sets with simply fonts were accepted. As for the guitars, now I uploaded them as a separate images. Will see what of them will be accepted.
