Intellectual Property Refusal - WHY re this Pic

I am enquiring as to why this picture along with quite a few other simple street images are being refused because of - Intellectual Property Refusal

Stree scenes are often full of signs and logos, all of which need to be removed before submission.

There's a logo engraved at the top of the devise.

I believe there is also a white balance issue. The frame seem to have a blue tint.
