Don't really understand why this has been refused. Others in the same series (same birds, same sandbank) have been accepted 🤔 🤔

It's either an error or the bird is ringed and the number is readable (which is nonsense for birds, I know...) or the keywords contain a "protected" word.

 

I would tabulate on an error from the moderator, but as the preview is really small and low quality I can't say more.
