Intellectual property refusal

Three days ago I uploaded my content. But they rejected for intellectual property issue. So I changed logo and brand name and presentation. Still they rejected my content again for same reason.

Adobe Stock approved 4 content which logo and brand name are the same with rejected content. So why they say intellectual property issue?

I want to know specific reason.

    Correct answer Jill_C

Design Factory is the name of an existing company. That needs to be changed.

What possible use are such files as JPEGs? The licensee can't edit the text, or even delete it to reveal your textured background; they will just want a refund. That's not why it was rejected though.
