Hello,

I am new Adobe Stock contributor, but I don't understand why my photo of Berlin Olympic Stadium (File ID: 196374976) was refused due to Intellectual Property?

There are many same photos like that:

Berlin Olympic Stadium fotografií a bezplatných obrázků, vektorů a ilustrací skladem | Adobe Stock

Hi,

From my experience I can only advise not to refer here in your own interest to existing pictorial material in the database of Adobe to doubt the own refusal. You don't know if this vendor may have a property release.

Your picture was obviously taken on the property of the owner and therefore a property release is required to be able to use it commercially.

Hi,

please have a look at the information in the Adobe User Guide about Intellectual Property:

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/user-guide.html?topic=/stock/contributor/morehelp/legal-guidelines.ug.js

Then I think it would make sense if you would post your picture here, because we cannot retrieve rejected pictures via the picture ID.

Greets,

Ok, sorry this is the picture.

I can understand there can be some Intellectual Property issue, but why I can find many exactly the same pictures there?
