June paypent question

Hi,

I'm afraid my payment went to a wrong Paypal address. I contacted support immediately when I suspected there was a mistake made, then later again and again. Sadly I haven't heard from support up until now. Payment is now completed, and I have nothing on my Paypal. Is there a way to get a response from the support? Can the payment be retracted from Paypal back to Adobe account?

Thank you in advance.

You had to type the PayPal address in twice to confirm that it was correct, and to avoid any typing errors. If that email address is indeed a valid PayPal address that belongs to someone else, it's unlikely that Adobe can get the funds back. How did you contact Adobe?

This is weird as errors can happen. Sadlt I'm not flawless. A mistake once in 10 years can happen.

Moreover I contacted adobe IMMEDIATELY after I suspected a mistake and asked to freeze the payment and got no responce. I contacted Adobe via the contact form as I haven't found any other way to do so.

Unrelated to my case, what if someone hacks your account and withdraws your funds, you cannot have it back either?

Additional quation - what if email address I mistakengly typed doesn't have a Paypal account? Will the payment return to Adobe?

Also, thank you for help and replies!

Yes.

Oh it's so good to hear. Do you have any idea how long it can take?
