I have similar photos in my portfolio. It is not hard to get this degree of sharpness with AI assisted sharpening software.

For instance:

I ran this through AI detector software (a very good one) and it noted that this image is 99% a real photograph. Why are you so sure it is AI generated?

"AI generators sit at home at the computer and press the keyboard."

First, if I made a mistake about the image not being a photograph, then it was a mistake. I make them sometimes. It's not up to me to make the final decision in any case.

Secondly, the amount of equipment one owns does not make a photographer. And it could be said that photographers just walk around or sit in their studios and push a button. I put in anywhere from 1 to 3 hours editing an AI image. If I get 3 to 5 images posted daily, I put in a good day. And, I was a photographer for 30 years, and spent two years before that as an illustrator and painter. I've been all over the place and there is room for everyone. Yes, there is a LOT of crappy AI out there, and more than there should be on Adobe Stock. Artificial intelligence IS intelligent, but it has the brain of an adolescent. Good AI designers are aware of that and know that it takes considerable time and effort to do it right.

Last but not least, if the contributor in question is not labeling their assets properly, then something should be done about it.

If I made a mistake about the image in question, I made a mistake.
