Linking Payoneer account

Hello. It's been a while since I opened my Adobe Stock account (about 5 years).

That's why I don't know if my adobe account and my payoneer account are correctly matched.

In my payoneer account, when I click on my bank account that I added there to receive money, shutterstock shows up as the source of money but not adobe stock.

I've been having problems getting paid from adobe stock lately.

My goal is to find and check the section where I linked my payoneer account with adobe stock. I've searched all over the site, every setting, but I can't find such a section. When I just want to receive payments, there are two options, payoneer and skrill. I choose payoneer, but I'm not sure if this payoneer account is connected correctly.

When I contacted payoneer I was told that there is nothing wrong with my account.

I solved the problem. if anyone has the same problem as me, interestingly enough, they need to delete the history and cookies in their internet browsers. So adobe stock forgets the old payoneer account and when you try to withdraw money it asks you to reconnect your payoneer account. So you can reconnect it by entering new information.

I want to be more specific:

Adobe stock and my payoneer account have been matched before. But for some reason they are not linked now. I confirmed this by talking to payoneer.

But I can't figure out how to link adobe stock and my payoneer account again. When I try to make a payment, it allows me to select "payoneer" but this selection is not really linked to my payoneer account.

How can I reconnect my payoneer account with adobe stock?
