Question

Hello. I'm trying to send the model's relic with a signature. The model sends it normally. But I can't sign it — every time it sends to the email that hasn't been used for a long time, even though in the settings it was changed to the new email a long time ago.I no longer have access to the old email.Thanks

I assume you mean a Model Release Form, not an ancient relic.

Model signatures should be obtained in person on the day of the photo shoot.

You can scan or take a picture of the signed release form and upload it to Stock from your Contributor Portal.
