For starters, you shouldn't be submitting these as pngs but jpgs. Your gradient work has flaws, as in this example. Finally, square "wallpaper" won't cut it. 16:9 and 9:16 are better for most wallpaper assets. Not to mention that free wallpapers are way too easy to crate and/or find on the internet.
It says quality issues and here are some of them:
You will now argue that those are all part of the bigger plan, but the moderator did find that they were flawed, and I agree. When you want to add something to stock, you need to create something of value, that can't easily be prompted, but asks for competence and know-how.
It's not difficult to find inconsistencies and flaws in these images. I wouldn't even bother with abstract backgrounds. There are already at least 170 million in the database, and the chances that a Buyer would ever find or license yours are exceedingly small...
