A rough work sketch is not suitable for commercial purposes.   Although the sketch  could be used as a starting point for a richer and more complex vector drawing.  You still have much work to do before this can be submitted for commercial sale.

It's a poor scan. The dark edges of the scanner platform are displayed. There are smudges on the background, the lighting is uneven and it's somewhat blurry. Perhaps you snapped a picture with a camera rather than using a scanner? Also, a signature / watermark is not permitted on Adobe Stock. 

Needs to be cleaned up, have good key words and a title. Just from looking at it, I'm not really sure as to what theme or story the image is. However it would be more desirable if you made this into a vector graphic. Also you may wanna have a property release in the future so they know its your artwork. 🙂

If you can't afford vector graphic software, there are many free to use but they all have flaws.
