Missing Payoneer Payment Option in Adobe Stock Contributor Account Payout

I'm facing an issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor account, and I hope someone can help me resolve it. I'm based in Sri Lanka, and my account currency is set to USD. However, I have noticed that the Payoneer payment option is not available in my account, even though it should be a supported payout method.
 
I've read through the documentation and guidelines provided by Adobe, and Payoneer is listed as a valid payment option for contributors in my region and using USD as the account currency.
 
I have successfully used Payoneer for other online platforms, so I'm familiar with the process. However, I can't seem to find this option within my Adobe Stock Contributor account.
 
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or could provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights you can provide.

If you can't select the payment method, it's not available for you in your region. That's all. If others in your region can select Payoneer, then your account is not set up correctly. They answer by e-mail, so watch your spam folder. And, depending on the support charge, the answer may take some time.
