Generative AI submission guidelines are spelled out in the Generative AI Submission requirements 

 

If a person is depicted, either a property release or a model release is needed.

Maybe you didn't title, keyword and describe it as "Generative AI" and submit a signed property release by you as the artist. 😉

Hi @jacob28799640w89g ,

Just for clarity. If its a portrait of someone you need a model release from the person. If it's a portrait you mentally created, then you need to produce a property release.
