I have submitted several model releases that have been rejected because the e-mails bounced? All of the e-mails can't be wrong. Why are teh e-mail addresses bouncing?

Hi @Verbbaitum,

I assume Adobe Stock sent you an e-mail requesting model releases.  DO NOT reply to that e-mail.  Instead please log-in to your Contributor's Portal to upload model releases. See link below for details.

I am trying to use the adobe sign function to get a few releases signed, and every one of them are coming back as "email bounced" as well.  I have resubmitted them again and the same thing.

The “bounced” e-mail has been reported on different occasions, but each time I try it, it works fine. But the e-release has a big problem, so I try to avoid it: Only Adobe accepts it. It's better to use a standard “paper” release.

Which email addresses are you referring to? Addresses listed on the Model Releases?
