Correct answer Abambo

If the 3D image (you submitted rendered images?) is modelled after a living person., you will need to submit a model release of that person.

If you modelled the 3D image after a fictional person, you will need to submit a property release stating that the person is fictional and that you are the property owner and the artist (“photographer”).

If someone else has created the model after a fictional person, that person has to sign the property release as property owner. If the person depicted is an existing person, you will need, in addition to the property release, a model release.

This is true, even if the model is from a free source.
