Model Release not accepted

Hi

I am submitting a few images featuring a model.

I downloaded the official model release from adobe stock, I completed it in all parts, uploaded, but the images keep being rejected.

Is there someone I could speak to that can help me understand WHY ?

Thanks in advance

No.  Reviewers decisions are final.  There is no appeals process.

The most prominent cause for rejection a model release is to have different signing dates for the model, the witness and the photographer/artist. The witness needs to witness that the model did sign the release, so you can't have different dates there.

Post your release here, but redact out all private data, like names, addresses, e-mails, phones …

You're speaking to them now. 🙂 There is not way to reach the moderators to help you better understand the reasons for rejections.

Refused media has nothing to do with the model release. If an image was refused it was for a different reason.

Media with  release issues land in your "pending" folder and not in the "rejected" folder.

Give us the reason you were given and upload 1 or 2 images in original format here for us to review.

Does Adobe note that the actual reason for rejection involved an improperly filled model release?
