Hi I need help with the adobe stock platform.
What to do if a model is found in the photo, but it is a sculpture and part of the facade design and is not a person. Do I need to update the form? And what to do in a similar situation if there is a sculpture in the photo. Thank you for your answer

Hi @18001176,

That building and its facade are owned by someone other than you, correct?

So you need a signed Property Release to sell your image commercially.

Make sense?

Read reasons for rejection below.

Also re-read Property Release in your Stock Contributor User Guide

Hope that helps.  Post back if you have more questions.

There is no detail in what you posted, but I would hope that the photo you submit makes it absolutely clear that this is a sculpture, not a live person. You may need a property release from the artist of the sculpture of course.

The policy of the site became clearer to me, thank you for the clarification.
